Committee Duties: |
Shall make recommendations to the Council and the member of the Legislature representing Duval County concerning those provisions in the Charter and other special acts of the Legislature affecting the Consolidated City of Jacksonville.
The Commission shall, within eight months from the date of its first meeting, present to the Council any recommendations for amendment to the Charter. After the presentation to the Council, the memberships, duties, and powers of that appointed Commission shall cease. |
