  Committee Duties: The sole and exclusive administration of and the responsibility for the proper, effective operation of the Retirement System for general employees and corrections officers. Responsibility, authority and duty, to hire actuaries, investment managers, performance evaluators and such other professional, technical or other advisors as it deems necessary.
