  Committee Name: Better Jacksonville Financial Administration Committee (FAC)

  Committee Duties: Mayor makes 3 appointments. Legislation designates 3 members. Shall determine and assess the general conditions of the market for municipal bonds and notes (including opportunities for efficient use of bond anticipation notes, other bridge financing and refunding bonds), and other appropriate financial markets. Shall take into account the effect of the terms of each series to be issued on all of the Plan Projects in order that the Plan, as an entirety, may be efficiently financed. Shall prepare & present to the City Council, Mayor & JTA a report on the implementation, progress, status & completion of all Plan Projects & on the degree of cooperation of the parties hereto, & on areas of concern for the timely and proper completion of Plan Projects. Such reports shall be given on an annual basis, within 90 days after the end of each fiscal year.
     
  Meeting Date: The committees meet at 9 a.m. on the last Friday of January, April, July and October. Meetings are held in the Jacksonville Transportation Authority Board Room, 100 N. Myrtle Avenue. (Meeting times and locations are subject to change.)
